Testing your application

To help you test your error handling easily and deterministically, use following test cases:

Test cases

All test cases have:

• Case № - This case number.
• Case Name and Reason - This column defines a name for the test case and explains the reasons for testing it.
• Test requirement - M - mandatory, C - Conditional, O - optional test case
• Conditions and Comments - Conditions - This defines under which circumstances the test case must be performed.
• Environment - test or production (test merchant or production merchant account)
• Details and Comments Concerning Test Results - This column provides space for the test analyst to note any comments concerning the test that was performed, errors encountered, corrections required, concerns, etc.

Pay with card - valid transaction

• Test requirement - M
• Conditions and Comments - Enter valid form values. Response - TransactionSuccess with transaction details.

Pay with card - invalid transaction

• Test requirement - M
• Conditions and Comments - Enter invalid form values (wrong pan). Response - ApiError with code and message describing error

Pay with card and save card for future payment

• № - #2.
• Test requirement - M
• Conditions and Comments - Click remember or save card on addCard form. Response contains pm_alias which represents saved PaymentMethod and that value can be used for paying with saved card. Response is TransactionSuccess.
